October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and its a subject close to my heart. In the U.K  over 47,000 women and 300 men were diagnosis with breast cancer last year. regardless of age, gender, size or shape to so important to take care of your breasts and to notice any changes that happen to them.... There are hundreds of amazing websites out there that can give you support, in-depth information and help with everything you need to know but I thought I would put together a quick guide as to how to check yourself ,signs & symptoms and then you know what you are looking for.....
