Wearing the wrong size bra can cause great discomfort! we have already done a Bra Size Guide in September! There are several signs that you maybe wearing the wrong size or your bra doesn't fit! Use our 5 tips to help you decide if your bra is the wrong size and help you be comfortable in your bras and help you choose lingerie that fits...
1. Your Bra is riding up your back....
If the back of your bra is riding up it means the back band is too big it is riding up because of the weight of your breasts. Try going down a size.
2. Your Shoulder straps are dig in....
If your straps dig in your shoulders, try another bra with wider straps or try a bra with a smaller or bigger cups.
3.Breasts bulging out of the cups....
This is an indication your bra cups are to small try going up a cup size! if your bra is wrinkling it indicates your bra cups are to big so try going down a cup.
4. The bras wires are standing away from your chest....
If the front wires on your bra between your breasts are stand away from your chest and you can place two or three fingers between your bra and your chest then your bra is too small. The cup size is too small for your breasts as they push the wires out. Try going up a cup size.
5. Your bra moves up when you lift your arms...
If your bra moves up when lifting your arms to show the bottom of your breasts your bras band is to big! try going down a band size.
