First of all grab a measuring tape!
Step 1:- Your Bra Size
First of all measure around your body under your bust then you need to add 4 inches (10cm) if you have measured an even number or 5 inches (12.5cm) if it odd. so for example if you measure 32 inches around your body then add 4 inches your back measurement will be 36!
Step 2:- Your Cup Size
This time you need to measure around the fullest part of your bust to get the cup size measurement. Then you need to subtract this number from your bra size number then have a look at the chart below.....

Step 3:- Put it all Together...
So you have got your back measurement of for example 36 (after measuring and adding 4 inches/5 inches) then you have a full bust measurement of 40. You then need to take the 36 away from the 40 giving you a difference of 4 inches which gives you an overall cup size of DD. So you have have a bra size of 36DD.
